For the sixth and final film featuring the entire original cast, released on 6 December 1991, the score for Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country was composed by Cliff Eidelman. Mr. Eidelman began composing film scores in 1988 with the films Magdalene and To Die For. Since the release of Star Trek VI, Mr. Eidelman has composed the scores of more than 20 films including: Now and Then (1995), One True Thing (1998), An American Rhapsody (2001), The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (2005), He's Just Not That Into You (2009), and Pioniere der Filmmusik - Europas Sound für Hollywood (2024).
