Article V.

Section 1.—The United Republic of ZungAlexia and the several States recognize the Sacred Order of Zel’Koni as a unique entity within the United Republic whose members shall be subject to the Laws, regulations and customs of the Order and, as citizens of the United Republic, shall be subject to the laws of the United Republic and the Several States.

Section 2.—A Representative, chosen by the Grand Assembly of the Sacred Order of Zel’Koni, shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Order, and recommend to their Consideration such measures as the Order shall judge necessary and expedient.

Section 3.—A Representative, chosen by the aforementioned Grand Assembly, shall from time to time advise the President and the executive Officer overseeing relations with foreign States and entities, of information from the Order pertaining to such relations as viewed from the perspective of the Order.

Article VI.

Section 1.—Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.

Section 2.—The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

Section 3.—The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United Republic; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United Republic, or of any particular State.

Section 4.—The United Republic shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.
