Originally written in 2016, this test page was created as a possible modification to the then-current layout of the Webase. The changes included; overall width of the page increased to 1,600 pixels, padding at the left margin and enlarged primary navigation links converted into the form of buttons. At the time, virtually all of the changes were made possible by the website W3Schools.com and, even to this day, I still have immense graditude for W3Schools for the enormous amount of information it has for creating webpages that I have and will continue to use. The changes were implimented throughout the Webase, with the layout being used for about a year.

In 2022, a sitewide overhaul occurred, mostly regarding the style of the Webase, affecting every page of the site, including the test pages. This overhaul included the merger of two of the Webase's webpages; “Affiliates” and “Links”, into a single “Links” page. At the time of the site overhaul it was intended for the “Affiliates Sites” link on this test page to re-direct guests to the Webase's merged “Links” page to prevent guests of the Webase from navigating to an error page while visiting this test page. Unfortunately this was not done at the time and it went unnoticed for two years! Once discovered in 2024 the error was corrected.

Despite some changes to this test page over the past ten years, it has been kept in the 2016 style for historical/archival purposes. Please continue your exploration of the Webase, thank you for visiting, and, of course, Live Long and Prosper.
