The pages of the starship list provide names, classes and registry numbers of Federation Starfleet vessels seen on the big or small screen throughout the Star Trek franchise up to the tenth film; Star Trek: Nemesis and the fourth season of Star Trek: Enterprise. It is primarily compiled from the 1999 revision of the 1997 edition of The Star Trek Encyclopedia. The list is, obviously, incomplete since there has been more than 25 years of production added to the franchise. At some point in the future, the list may be updated to include ships from the “Kelvin timeline” (2009-2016 films), and active (as of 2025) Star Trek productions.
